RETURN & EXCHANGE
Customer must ship back all returnable item within 7 business days from the day that you received your item.
All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
All shipping cost will be on us if the products received are defective and damage. Customer can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website.
In the case of customer fault such as wrongly order an incorrect product. There will be no refund of the original postage and return post is at your expense. Only exchange product is acceptable.
Customers are require to notify us at email@example.com by quoting the order number, product detail and reason for exchange.

We suggest using postage with tracking as we don’t take responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.
All SALE and ‘on offer’ items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Headscarves and accessories cannot be returned.
